Refund policy
Refund & Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Returns must be approved before being sent. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind on sale or discounted items.
However, this does not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. In these cases, customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
12 Month Warranty
All products are backed by a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If your item experiences a fault within this period, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
